About the Role
Join TechBiz Global as Head of Solution Engineering for a leading financial technology client. Lead a high-performing team of Solution Engineers while providing technical leadership across pre-sales, solution architecture, and implementation phases. This is a strategic role combining team management with hands-on technical expertise in trading platforms and financial infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Engineers
- Provide technical leadership throughout all stages of client engagement: pre-sales, solution architecture, and implementation
- Act as a key technical consultant during the sales cycle, presenting product capabilities and business value to prospective clients
- Work closely with sales, product management, and development teams to design and deliver optimal client solutions
- Oversee integration and implementation of solutions, ensuring smooth and timely deployment
- Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and training materials for clients and internal teams
Required Expertise
- Extensive technical experience in financial technology, trading platforms, risk management systems, and enterprise SaaS solutions
- Proven experience managing technical teams in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or technical sales within the financial sector
- Deep knowledge of liquidity aggregation, order routing, execution models, FIX protocol, and trading system APIs
- Expertise in trading technologies and market infrastructure (FX, CFD, digital assets)
- Familiarity with institutional platforms: MetaTrader, cTrader, OneZero, PrimeXM, and proprietary OMS/EMS solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to business audiences
