Role Summary

Build an internal AI-powered HR assistant to support employees with onboarding and HR-related questions/FAQ. The assistant will cover topics such as insurance, leave management, payroll, benefits, company policies, expense reports, and Yakeey products. Primary channel will be Slack, with potential extension to WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop an AI assistant (MVP) integrated with Slack
  • Implement natural language understanding for HR-related queries
  • Build and maintain a backend service to support the AI agent
  • Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using internal documentation
  • Manage multilingual support (French / English / Arabic)
  • Ensure the solution is scalable, maintainable, and well-documented
  • Collaborate with HR and tech teams to validate use case
