HR Generalist (HRBP) - Morocco

Arrow Electronics is seeking an HR Generalist (HRBP) based in Casablanca to provide strategic HR consultation to managers and business groups across Morocco. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to shape HR practices in an international environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders on employee relations, policies, compensation, performance metrics, and talent management
• Provide guidance and counseling to managers on HR best practices, policies, and regulatory compliance
• Support change management initiatives and workforce planning efforts
• Contribute to the development and standardization of HR processes, technology, and KPIs for the Moroccan organization
• Consolidate HR data into executive-ready reports and presentations
• Handle HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of HR Generalist experience or combination of HR Specialist and Generalist roles, preferably in an international environment
• Fluency in French, English, and Arabic
• Solid knowledge of Moroccan employment law, regulations, and statutes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
