About the Role

As an HR Representative for External Talent, you will support the day-to-day HR administration and employee experience of our external talent. You'll be the main point of contact for onboarding, ensuring success throughout their contract, and proactively resolving any issues that arise. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders including the HR Manager, recruiters, account managers, and clients to ensure external talent have what they need to perform.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, account management, or similar client-facing role
Experience managing remote teams or external talent in a global setting
Proactive, organized, and extremely responsive with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and confident communicating with international clients and talent
Ability to juggle multiple accounts, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Bonus Qualifications
