The Winter Internship Summit is a unique one-day experience at P&G's Casablanca office where you'll live the life of a P&G Manager. Your Role

As an HR intern, you will take on meaningful, impactful projects from day one. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading organizational assessments, design initiatives, and work process improvements
• Developing deep expertise in areas such as employee engagement, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and training and development
• Delivering projects that directly impact business results
• Working with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment

Key Responsibilities

• Own specific HR projects with clear accountability from the start
• Apply HR frameworks to solve real business challenges
• Collaborate with passionate professionals and receive continuous mentoring
• Contribute to employee relations, labor relations, and organizational development initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with creative thinking
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on commitments
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to adapt communication style
