About the Role
Sika is seeking an HRIS Specialist to drive HR digital transformation across the Africa region, covering 15 countries. This role combines HR systems management, compensation & benefits support, and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS & Digital HR Transformation
- Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR systems across the Africa Area
- Act as key point of contact for HR system activities, ensuring alignment between global standards and local requirements
- Support implementation of HR digital initiatives including ServiceNow HRSD and other HR platforms
- Coordinate testing activities (UAT, functional testing) and validate system enhancements
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve HR system issues with Global HRIS teams and local stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across HR systems and interfaces
Compensation & Benefits Support
- Support administration and coordination of Compensation & Benefits processes across 15 African countries
- Assist with compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and reporting
- Support data collection, validation, and consolidation for compensation and benefits analyses
- Generate reports and analytics to support compensation decision-making and workforce planning
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting solutions using HR systems and analytical tools
- Monitor HR data trends and provide insights for business and talent decisions
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning reporting
Stakeholder Management & Training
- Provide guidance to HR teams on HR systems, processes, and best practices
- Deliver end-user training for new functionalities and system enhancements
- Serve as liaison between Area HR, local teams, and Global HRIS teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR Information Systems administration, implementation, or support
- Knowledge of HR platforms (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, or similar)
- Experience with Compensation & Benefits processes, HR reporting, and data analytics
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience in multinational and multicultural environments
