Your Missions
- Analyze HR needs and contribute to drafting functional specifications
- Participate in the implementation or evolution of HRIS modules (payroll, talent management, reporting)
- Perform testing and validation of solutions prior to deployment
- Provide user support and assist with change management
- Contribute to improving HR processes through digital tools and automation
- Produce HR reports and indicators (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
Profile We're Looking For
- Final-year student in engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in HRIS, information systems, HR, or data
- Strong proficiency in Excel (including macros) and ideally BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of HRIS solutions (Workday, HR Access, etc.) is a plus
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and service orientation
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
