Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French & English) – Night Shift

About the Role

Join our bilingual customer service team and support Canadian patients and healthcare professionals. You don't need any prior healthcare experience — we provide full paid training to prepare you for success.

This is a service-only position (no sales), where your role is to provide clear, professional, and empathetic assistance.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage calls from Canadian patients and healthcare providers (70% English / 30% French)
  • Assist with questions about medical devices, insurance requests, and product use
  • Guide patients through simple troubleshooting and documentation steps
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in line with Canadian healthcare standards (HIPAA/PIPEDA)
  • Work exclusively during night shifts (Canadian business hours: 12:00 – 02:00 AM Rabat time)

Required Profile

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Full availability for night shifts
  • No prior healthcare experience required – full paid training provided
