Vos missions

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Implementation Specialist to support the successful implementation, configuration, and adoption of products, systems, and processes for clients or internal teams. You will manage implementation activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions are delivered efficiently and according to business requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion, including timelines and task tracking.
  • Gather and analyze client or business requirements, and configure systems and platforms accordingly.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct system testing, configuration validation, quality checks, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues; provide training and support to users during onboarding.
  • Maintain implementation documentation, monitor progress against milestones, and communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
