About the Role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team in Casablanca. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work within a global IT solutions organization recognized worldwide in the technology sector.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain sales records, update CRM data, and generate sales reports to track progress and provide insights for sales management
  • Develop product and service knowledge across the company's IT solutions portfolio
  • Offer customers detailed information on products and services tailored to their needs
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend adapted technological solutions
  • Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products, answer questions, and address objections
