About the Role

Main Responsibilities
- Maintain sales records, update CRM data, and generate sales reports to track progress and provide insights for sales management
- Develop product and service knowledge to effectively communicate offerings to customers
- Provide customers with detailed information on products and services tailored to their needs
- Assess customer requirements and recommend adapted solutions
- Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products, answer questions, and address objections
