What You Will Do
- Maintain sales records, update CRM data, and generate sales reports to track progress and provide insights for sales management
- Develop product and service knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
- Offer customers detailed information on products and services tailored to their needs
- Assess customer requirements and propose adapted solutions
- Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products, answer questions, and address objections
Who We Are Looking For
- Fluent French (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- Team player with ability to collaborate across departments
