We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow our B2B client portfolio. You will be responsible for prospecting companies, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions while building long-term relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a B2B client portfolio
  • Prospect and contact companies by phone
  • Understand professional clients' needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Negotiate, close deals, and ensure long-term client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Required Profile

  • Proven B2B sales experience is mandatory
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken & written)
  • Strong phone communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
  • Previous call center or inside sales experience is a strong plus

Benefits & Conditions

  • Contract: Permanent (CDI)
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM / 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Weekends: Off
  • Transportation: Provided (round trip)
  • Compensation: Fixed salary + uncapped bonuses with attractive conditions
