Interior Designer & Showroom Assistant

About the Role

Join Kronospan's design-centric showroom in Casablanca as an Interior Designer & Showroom Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment, supporting the architectural and design community while managing our innovative wood-panel board showroom.

Main Responsibilities

• Organise and host engaging customer events within the showroom, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations
• Manage product sampling processes and provide easy access to samples and information for architects, designers, and clients
• Engage with architecture and design professionals, offering expert product advice and building key client relationships
• Create and maintain compelling window displays and promotional offerings to attract the A&D community
• Keep the showroom organised, well-stocked, and aesthetically inspiring with proper product presentation
• Support administrative tasks including inventory management, sample order processing, and customer requests

Key Requirements

• Keen interest in interior design and current design trends with a strong eye for aesthetics
• Customer service and sales experience, preferably in design or retail environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with clients and industry professionals
• Strong organisational abilities and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, friendly, and professional customer service approach
• Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is essential
