About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Release Validation & Regression Testing

Run smoke and regression tests before workflow and system releases go live
Verify bug fixes and configuration changes work as expected across affected processes
Maintain release sign-off checklists and flag items not ready to ship

Bug Investigation & Triage

Reproduce reported issues and isolate conditions that trigger them
Inspect API requests and responses to identify failures in payloads, integrations or downstream systems
Read logs and error messages to gather evidence before escalating
Write clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, expected/actual behaviour and supporting evidence

Automated Workflow Monitoring

Monitor the health of running automations and integrations to spot failures early

Test Cases & Documentation

Execute, review and update test cases as workflows evolve
Keep test data, environment notes and documentation current

Required Skills
