Position Overview

The International Outreach Officer will serve as a key liaison between Al Akhawayn University and prospective international students, families, schools, and partners worldwide. This role involves recruitment, admissions support, relationship management, and coordination of international outreach activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to international inquiries and provide information on programs, requirements, deadlines, housing, and campus life
  • Conduct presentations, information sessions, and virtual meetings with international audiences
  • Participate in international fairs, school visits, and outreach events to promote the university
  • Guide international applicants through the online application process and review files for completeness
  • Maintain relationships with international schools, educational agencies, and partners
  • Assist in planning recruitment trips, partner visits, and orientation activities for admitted students

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Education, or related field
  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in international outreach, student recruitment, admissions, or global engagement
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Proficiency in additional languages (French, Arabic, Spanish, or others)
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online admissions platforms
  • Ability to conduct virtual presentations, webinars, and online meetings
