About the Role

Dentons Morocco is expanding its corporate finance and transaction advisory team and seeking ambitious junior analysts to support senior bankers and partners on strategic deals across Morocco and Francophone Africa. You will work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and law on transactions spanning infrastructure, energy, financial services, telecoms, real estate, and consumer sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Execute live mandates across M&A (buy-side and sell-side), capital raises, project finance, restructurings, joint ventures, and complex cross-border transactions
Build and maintain detailed financial models including DCF valuations, LBO models, accretion/dilution analyses, trading comparables, and precedent transaction benchmarks
Support transaction execution end-to-end by drafting teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, valuation books, and committee materials
Coordinate due diligence workstreams with external advisors and synthesize findings into decision-ready outputs
Conduct sector and company research to understand industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and value drivers
Contribute to business development by preparing pitch materials, building target lists, and nurturing client relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school or engineering school
0 to 2 years of professional experience; prior internship or full-time role at an investment bank, M&A boutique, transaction services team, or private equity fund is a strong plus
Solid grounding in corporate finance fundamentals, accounting, and valuation methodologies
Ability to build integrated financial models from scratch and stress-test transaction and capital structures
Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Fluent written and verbal communication in English and French
Team-oriented, intellectually curious, and entrepreneurial profile comfortable in cross-border, multicultural environments
