About the Role

Required Qualifications

IT-related Engineering degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support with strong technical expertise
Solid knowledge of PC hardware technologies, installation, maintenance, and repair
Strong understanding of current Windows operating systems for servers and workstations
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to take initiative and resolve recurring issues
