Introduction to the position

You will be directly handling the relationship with our top chain partners and you will be responsible for the growth, operational excellence, and all the marketing plans. You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants in the country.

Your role

  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo's top partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner's meetings and business reviews)
  • Lead strategic Joint Business Plan negotiations with top partners
  • Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Be proactive and data-driven enough in order to improve operational KPIs with partners
  • Prepare deep dive analysis on Glovo's business topics and design action steps
  • Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance
  • Take action to reach your goals and company OKRs (Growth, Revenue, Ops)
  • Increase Glovo's revenue through commission renegotiation and selling Glovo's assets
  • Interact with other areas (operations, marketing, finance) to make sure that we are giving the best possible service to your partners

Your team

You'll interact with AMs, Sales, Partners Ops, Liveops Finance and Partners, Content Team, Marketing Team.

Your qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments
  • Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance
  • Strong business acumen
  • Data-driven, organized and obsessed with detail and accuracy
  • Hands-on and autonomous
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals
  • Proficiency in French & English is a must
