The Role
As a Junior Data Analyst, Product, you'll work at the intersection of product and engineering. You'll dive into production systems to understand what's happening behind the scenes, investigate issues, and turn technical findings into clear answers for the team. You'll also serve as the main point of contact for technical questions from clients, triaging issues and following through until resolution.
Main Responsibilities
- Investigate technical issues and analyze production systems to identify root causes
- Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Triage and resolve client technical questions with support from engineering teams
- Dig into logs and data to uncover answers and insights
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams on data-driven investigations
