Position Overview

Reporting directly to the EHS Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the application of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements across the manufacturing facility in Kenitra.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
  • Ensure application of EHS requirements and follow-up of safety instructions across the site
  • Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, then recommend corrective actions
  • Participate in accident, incident, and near-miss investigations to prevent recurrence
  • Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and support safety awareness campaigns

Key Requirements

  • EHS or Technical degree
  • First experience in an EHS position
  • Knowledge of EHS global standards and Moroccan regulations
  • Basic knowledge of EHS norms (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Continuous improvement and risk-based thinking mindset
  • High level of ethics, integrity, rigor, and attention to detail
  • Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented approach
