About the Role

Join goFLUENT as a Learning Consultant and make a real impact on our learners' language journey. You'll be at the heart of our customer experience, connecting with learners, guiding them through their training, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in our products and guide new learners through goFLUENT training programs
  • Support learners via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Ensure the best possible learner experience by understanding needs and providing effective solutions
  • Proactively contact students to help them maximize available resources
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing processes and collecting learner feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Native-level German language proficiency with clear and confident communication
  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in customer support
  • Strong digital skills including MS Office, Google Docs, and Open Office
  • Empathetic approach with ability to handle complex conversations with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Organized, adaptable, proactive, and autonomous work style
