Role Overview
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our quality and measurement team. You will be responsible for precise dimensional evaluation and quality control using advanced measurement technologies and methodologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Review technical drawings to determine the most effective measurement methods
- Create 3D comparison models by correlating CT-scan data with CAD geometry for dimensional evaluation
- Create and execute measurement programs using CMM and related equipment
- Prepare detailed measurement reports and presentations for customers
- Coordinate with R&D and quality production teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical Technician diploma (Bac+2 or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar laboratory or quality control role
- Proficiency in CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operations
- Deep understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
