Main Responsibilities

  • Support execution of projects including capacity studies, equipment reception with process team, and staff training
  • Create maintenance documentation and work instructions according to ISO-9001 standards
  • Coordinate and lead maintenance equipment troubleshooting with other departments
  • Implement TEOA specific KPI and reporting standards
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability, IRA, Maintenance on Time) and lead action plans to enhance these metrics

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Follow legislation and internal policies in EHS and environmental protection
  • Wear personal protective equipment (safety shoes, safety glasses) as required
  • Follow restrictions on removal of safety screens and other safety elements of machines and equipment
  • Follow rules for sorting waste, proper handling and storage of chemical substances
  • Act to prevent fire hazards

  • Communicate and share information with team members

Required Qualifications

Education: Engineering or Master's degree in related fields

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in industry field
