Vos missions

  • You hold a Bac +2 specialized technician qualification and have 2 to 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.

  • You have experience with crimping, ultrasonic welding or plastic injection equipment.
  • You are committed to EHS rules, 5S+1 standards and continuous improvement.
  • You speak French, and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform corrective maintenance.
  2. Prepare corrective maintenance reports.
  3. Perform preventive maintenance.
  4. Prepare preventive maintenance reports.
  5. Take part in defining spare parts by ensuring the declaration of their use (active participation in managing PDRs).
  6. Provide technical support and training to the production team and any other entity as needed.
  7. Actively participate in the continuous improvement process.
  8. Participate in improving the documentation, the maintenance procedure and the preventive maintenance schedules.
  9. Execute action plans aimed at improving the availability of equipment and work tools.
  10. Ensure compliance with 5S+1 standards in the maintenance workshops and the production fleet, and proper preservation of the means and work tools.
  11. Ensure and participate in the installation of new equipment and processes.
  12. Modify and add any other necessary skills to the versatility matrix.
  13. Observe and implement the requirements and standards of TE Connectivity and its sites (ISO 9001 quality management, customer requirements, DIN EN ISO 14001 environmental management, OHSAS 18001 industrial safety guidelines).
  14. Carry out special tasks assigned based on your experience and level of knowledge in a timely and appropriate manner.
  15. Know the different H&S risks and environmental aspects related to your area of responsibility.
  16. Ensure compliance with EHS instructions for your staff (wearing PPE, compliance with product MSDS, use of appropriate devices and equipment, etc.).
  17. Follow legal and site EHS policies, rules and instructions to avoid any OHS risks or reduce environmental impacts.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bac +2, specialized technician
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in an industrial environment in maintenance service
  • Priority 1: electrical and electronic diagnostics; diagnosis of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits; electrical tester; automatic crimping; manual crimping; preventive maintenance; corrective maintenance; ultrasonic welding; plastic injection; flexibility and team spirit; operational understanding of ISO 50001, detection and reporting of energy deviations
  • Priority 2: SAP; spare parts management
  • Languages: French; English is preferred
