Role Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in managing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintenance Management: Manage maintenance resources to minimize downtime (MTTR), maximize equipment reliability (MTBF), and optimize total productive maintenance (TPM) and ERIM deployment.
- Safety & Environment: Establish and maintain safety standards, detect deviations, pilot safety QRQC processes, and ensure compliance with local and Group regulations.
- Documentation & Technical Support: Ensure release and update of technical documentation, work instructions, equipment FMEA, and spare parts lists.
- Budget & Resources: Propose and control maintenance budgets including overheads, labor, and spare parts inventory; manage team resources and competence development.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead maintenance QRQC, pilot PDCA/FTA processes, prepare Kaizen cards, and drive productivity actions related to P-30 targets.
- Industrialization Support: Manage engineers and technicians industrializing new equipment while ensuring VSDP and IPROM standards compliance.
Key Requirements
- Expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and TPM methodologies
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, QRQC, and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, FTA, 5 WHYs)
- Budget management and resource planning capabilities
- Technical documentation and FMEA preparation skills
- Leadership and team development experience
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and spare parts management
