About the Role
Join Mondelēz International as a Manager, Health, Safety & Environment and drive a culture of zero incidents and optimal environmental performance. You will lead HSE programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain facilities that meet all relevant standards and regulations at our manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cultural transformation in HSE to achieve zero accidents and incidents across the plant
- Coordinate and oversee implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes
- Conduct hazard and aspect assessments, and investigate non-conformances to closure
- Provide HSE expertise for new projects and change management activities
- Maintain incident reporting systems and drive corrective actions based on root cause analysis
- Develop technical guidance programs to identify and eliminate physical hazards
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Environmental Health and Safety management
- Completed HSE training in OSHA, EPA, DNREC or equivalent standards
- Knowledge of safety and environmental technical standards
- Experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels
