Your Ideal Background

University degree or equivalent education (Management Engineering preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, optimization, and planning in manufacturing environments
Proven experience in organizational transformation, team leadership, and team development
Demonstrated track record of supply chain improvements and performance results
Wide range of planning experience including capacity planning, supply planning, and fine scheduling
Working experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP systems such as SAP
Experience in Automotive or Industrial Sector within a global organization is advantageous
