Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in public policy, economics, public administration, or business
4-8 years of relevant work experience including managerial experience in similar development or nonprofit settings
Deep passion for improving lives and demonstrated interest in evidence-based development
Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with senior decision-makers
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in dynamic environments
Strong critical thinking skills and nuanced understanding of data and evidence tools, including statistical software
