About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join Adient Trim Kenitra. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and improving production processes and manufacturing systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and optimize production line layouts using AutoCAD
- Develop, review, and analyze process flow charts and risk assessments (PFMEA)
- Conduct manufacture feasibility analyses (DFA/DFM) and monitor assembly processes
- Develop and implement technical changes, operating procedures (ODS), and machine parameters
- Determine operating times using MTM systems and support continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, KAIZEN)
Required Qualifications
- University degree or high school diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing engineering position
- Proven experience with PFMEA methodology
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and time measurement systems (MTM preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication-level English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
