Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer

The Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer executes manufacturing operations for new and transferred products, supporting cable assembly and overmolding operations in terms of industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, and new launch project management.

Your Main Tasks

• Support the execution of new projects including capacity studies, equipment ordering, and staff training
• Define and review manufacturing lot-sizes (EOQ's) to optimize production efficiency
• Optimize and re-structure existing manufacturing processes for continuous improvement
• Create process documentation and work instructions according to ISO-9001 standards
• Coordinate and lead the introduction of engineering changes and new products
• Implement TEOA specific KPI and reporting standards
• Monitor OEE, scrap rate, and line efficiency, leading action plans to enhance these metrics

Health, Safety & Environment

• Follow legislation and internal policies in the area of EHS and environmental protection
• Follow the restriction of removal of safety screens and other safety elements of machines and equipment
• Follow the rules for sorting waste, proper handling and storage of chemical substances and preparations
• Act to prevent fire hazards

Your Ideal Background

• BAC+5 – Engineering degree required
• Minimum 2 years experience in an international industrial company
• Overmolding and cable assembly experience is necessary
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Team player with fluent English communication (project involves US market)
• Familiarity with: Overmolding, Automation, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and Project Management
