- Manage scrap improvement action plans and ensure compliance with control plans and PFMEA
- Prepare and submit PPAP documentation to customers and identify risks during project transfers
- Support internal and external audits and document lessons learned for future projects
Required Background
Education: Master degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience: At least 2 years in connector, molding, or cable assembly quality departments
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, R&R, and 8D methodologies
- Process Auditor certification (mandatory)
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities
- SAP basic knowledge (preferred)
- Presentation and stakeholder management skills
