- PhD in Telecommunications, Physics, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering
- Experience in RF front-end design, SDR, antennas, and optical links
- Understanding of satellite link budgets and LEO-specific challenges
- Research in modulation, coding, and fault-tolerant communications
