About the Role

Main Responsibilities

Define equipment and tooling requirements, commission new machines, and ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance plans
Monitor KPIs (OEE, cycle time, scrap rate, downtime) and deploy improvement plans; participate in cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Automation Engineering
2+ years of experience in an international industrial company
Fluent English in speaking and writing
