The Role
You will work in partnership with customers to define and execute winning growth strategies for both Mondelez International and the customer. You will lead a team of Account managers and field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, sales targets, and distribution plans for the modern trade channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, acting as the main contact for contracts, pricing, and terms
- Manage, develop and motivate the team to ensure product availability, optimal shelf placement, and successful execution of in-store promotions
- Recruit, train, motivate, and guide a sales team (including merchandisers) to achieve KPIs and targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and adjust plans
- Work closely with key stakeholders including marketing, trade marketing, sales capability, logistics and finance to align goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 12 years in sales/channel leadership in Modern Trade/FMCG
- Experience in confectionery or food industry is highly desirable
- Proven modern trade and key account management experience
Travel Requirements
Strong field presence with customers centrally and frequent trade visits in different regions to meet regional teams at customer level and MDLZ. Mobility is required. No relocation support available.
