About the Role

As a Quality Technician IV at TE Connectivity, you will manage quality activities within manufacturing operations, with a focus on in-process controls, defect prevention, and advanced inspection practices. You will maintain and develop quality management systems according to IATF 16949 standards while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop Quality Management systems according to IATF 16949 standards
  • Execute key quality strategies aligned with plant performance measures and TE's strategy map
  • Prepare and ensure PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) packages and submissions through Digi App or directly to customers
  • Implement and improve Business Operating System within your area and across departments following EMEA guidelines
  • Support and guide employees on safety compliance, regulations, TE policies, and environmental sustainability goals
  • Support quality assurance, quality systems, laboratory processes, and product activities as required

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bac+2/+3 in Quality Management or equivalent
  • Experience: 2+ years in a Quality role with automotive industry background
  • Technical Knowledge: IATF 16949 standard, statistical tools, and MS Office proficiency
  • Languages: English and French at intermediate level
