About the Role
Join Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) as a newly graduated Mechanical Engineer and contribute to designing, building, and optimizing world-class pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. You will work on large-scale API production projects in a dynamic, supportive environment with over 280 colleagues across 8 mechanical departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Specify and dimension mechanical equipment, piping systems, and technical components
- Support installation, construction, and commissioning activities on large-scale pharmaceutical projects
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Contribute to technical assessments and problem-solving throughout project execution
About You
You are a recently graduated or soon-to-graduate mechanical engineer, marine engineer, or related technical discipline graduate. You thrive in dynamic project environments, communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders, and take a structured approach to your work. You are curious, motivated to learn, positive, resilient, and solution-oriented.
What You Bring
- Recent graduation or expected graduation within six months with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Interest in mechanical equipment and technical systems developed through studies, projects, or practical experience
- Comfort working in highly regulated environments where quality, documentation, and traceability are essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English
