English Sales Agent (Outbound) - Marrakech

About the Opportunity

What You Will Do

As an English-speaking Sales Agent, you will turn qualified prospects into customers through outbound calls.

• Contact prospects using exclusive leads provided by the company (no cold searching required)
• Understand customer needs and offer the right solution
• Deliver a strong and convincing sales pitch
• Handle objections confidently and close deals
• Follow up with prospects and update records accurately
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with your team and management to improve performance

Profile We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, and professional)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• A sales mindset: ambitious, target-driven, and competitive
• Good organization and discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• First experience in a call center (outbound or customer support) is a plus
• Sales experience is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcome (training provided)
