Role Overview

This Office Assistant role offers exposure to research marketing, event coordination, team collaboration, and diverse administrative support. The position has two primary functions: supporting the European Research Marketing team with marketing-related administrative duties, and delivering comprehensive administrative and operational support to the entire European Corporate and Investor Access team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute high-volume travel bookings for European Analysts (35–50 trips per month), managing all logistics and administrative processes
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Analysts, handling emergencies, cancellations, and urgent last-minute travel changes
  • Coordinate and execute analyst-hosted or specialist-led virtual events such as group calls and webinars (approximately 10+ events per week)
  • Ensure travel logistics are accurate, efficient, and optimized for time and cost while complying with travel policies and T&E budgets
  • Maintain and update records in CRM systems and other platforms
  • Process expenses and invoices and provide ad-hoc administrative support in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Required Profile
