Operations Coordinator - Logistics & Port Operations

About the Role

Join A.P. Moller (Maersk LNS) as an Operations Coordinator and deliver first-class customer service to our global clients. You will coordinate operations across marine centers, manage relationships with port stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements in service delivery and business efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity within a dynamic, international organization with exposure to cross-functional teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with marine centers and manage relationships with husbandry agents, port operators, and authorities
• Monitor terminals and agents to reduce idle time and improve berth and crane productivity
• Handle coordination for short shipment cases and special cargo operations with terminal authorities
• Prepare and consolidate reports with accurate discharge and load data; manage export document reception and control
• Process empty evacuation programs, coordinate customs submissions, and manage vessel port dues refunds
• Deliver seals to customers and coordinate recharging as needed

• Fluent in both oral and written English
