Role Overview
Join our Order to Cash team in Rabat! As a member of the Order to Cash department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of orders and cash transactions. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly impact our operations and customer satisfaction.
The position holder will actively participate in Account receivables activities, with main tasks focused on Customer care, including contract setup, customer identification, accurate billing, and dispute management.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage resolution of Partner/Customer queries received through mailbox, Query Management System, and CVG within corporate guidelines
- Maintain full coverage of assigned service requests using various communication methods (mailbox, query management system, outbound/inbound calls)
- Ensure proper follow-up of requests until resolution, gathering all approvals per established Approval matrix before billing cancellations
- Execute contract changes and meter readings updates in ERP systems as per established processes, ensuring proper documentation
- Provide timely feedback to Partners/Customers on all received requests and initiate refund requests when applicable
- Create and update process documentation, deliver training to new team members, and provide backup coverage for colleagues
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in French and good command of English for internal and external communication
- Computer literacy in MS Office and customized ERP systems with ability to work in multi-tool environments
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and numerical abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate resilience under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and proactive approach towards internal communication
- Professional demeanor in disputed situations, providing solutions that ensure Partner/Customer satisfaction
