The Role

As a Player Support Agent, you will work with a diverse team supporting hundreds of game developers and publishers across the globe. Join our vibrant team of over 1,000 in-house player support agents providing top-class support in a fast-paced and active environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Process 'Calls for Help' received from the gaming community you support
• Become familiarized with the games you support to resolve player issues effectively
• Remain up to date with changes in workflows, policies, and gameplay
• Develop expertise in ticketing and social media platforms
• Track data and assist with reporting via forms and spreadsheets
• Enforce community rules fairly and report issues or trends in games
• Reach Key Performance Indicators for Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction

Essential Skills

• Native or professional-level French with excellent oral and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and independent work abilities
• Great knowledge of gaming social media platforms (Reddit, Facebook, X, Discord)
• Genuine passion for video games
