About the Role
As a Process Lab Technician at Aptiv, you will perform critical validation and testing activities in the CME Lab, supporting manufacturing excellence and process development. This role combines hands-on technical work with process improvement and training responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Run Crimp, Splice, Sealing, Cable, and Soldering validations on CME Lab equipment
- Operate CME equipment for lab activities and perform new cable and terminal test release processes
- Conduct preventive maintenance on CME equipment and facilities according to established procedures
- Test new equipment for capability analysis and actively participate in process improvement initiatives
- Provide training on specific processes to plant personnel
- Support implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new processes on production plants
Key Requirements
- Knowledge of chemical handling and storage requirements
- Understanding of waste collection and storage circuits
- Ability to work with precision testing and validation equipment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Asilah, Morocco. You will work in a laboratory and manufacturing environment with exposure to various testing equipment and processes.
