About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor order fulfillment status and provide proactive updates to customers
  • Develop and optimize production schedules to align with customer demand and inventory levels
  • Identify and escalate potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction or production efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for customer service and production planning processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or related field
  • Up to 1 year of experience in customer service, production planning, logistics, or related field (internship experience acceptable)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
