About the Role

As Program Manager at Harmattan AI, you will serve as the operational backbone for program execution serving Europe and Middle-East defense customers. You are the primary interface with our defense clients, overseeing end-to-end delivery of autonomous and scalable defense systems, ensuring contractual compliance, and coordinating internal teams to meet critical deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout program execution and serve as the primary interface with defense clients
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-specification delivery of complex and mass-produced systems
  • Guarantee all deliverables meet contractual, technical, and operational requirements through compliance oversight
  • Anticipate risks and lead rapid, structured resolution of issues; manage program-level blockers both technical and administrative
  • Own program timelines and ensure billing is activated at contractual milestones; manage invoicing and revenue triggering
  • Ensure centralized product policies are compatible with program-specific and customer-specific constraints

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management within the defense sector
  • Significant experience as a Program Manager leading product development, high-volume deliveries, and customer support
  • Proven track record managing complex deliveries and mass-production with direct client interface and contractual responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes, program milestones, and compliance documentation
  • Ability to manage programs in cutting-edge and disruptive environments
  • Proficiency in managing complete business plans with excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams toward success
