About the Role

Eaton is seeking a Project Industrialization Engineer to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco. You will lead the successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and project transfer initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing timelines, costs, and quality across customized industrial projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead NPI and project transfer execution with cross-functional teams, managing customer requirements, scope changes, and risks
  • Coordinate project reviews, track performance metrics, and deliver regular Project Status Reports highlighting progress against contractual milestones
  • Drive industrialization activities including work instructions, control plans, PFMEA, MSA, and PPAP in collaboration with other sites
  • Manage project timelines, costs, and quality while participating in concurrent engineering, design reviews, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives
  • Support Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) preparation and ensure continuous improvement of industrialization guidelines and 5S standards compliance
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement workshops and PROLaunch Stage Gate reviews to enhance process maturity

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Production Systems
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or NPI
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, assembly methods, tooling, and manufacturing technologies
  • Proven experience managing industrialization projects from design transfer to serial production
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Experience with process validation, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, and production ramp-up

Key Skills

  • Strong project management with ability to manage timelines, risks, costs, and resources
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project)
  • High leadership attributes and ability to work effectively in cross-department teams
