Vos missions

About the Role

You will manage end-to-end project needs, systems, and phases involving multiple teams, ICT systems, and business units. This is a strategic position requiring strong coordination across regions and technical teams to deliver business transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage complete project lifecycle including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and deployment across multiple teams and regions
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with regional teams, IT departments, and business stakeholders to identify and document business needs
  • Define business models, user journeys, and associated business rules; prepare presentation decks and mockups for management and steering committees
  • Ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications (GFS/DFS); review and propose updates for clarity and compliance
  • Define test cases for UAT, identify test data, and manage KPI implementation and monitoring across systems
  • Align system project pilots, synchronize regional deployments, and ensure functional consistency across multiple systems and regions
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and train regional teams throughout project phases

Required Profile
