Project Manager - ERP Project Delivery

Join a Microsoft Gold Partner as a Project Manager in their project delivery team. Manage end-to-end ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for medium to large organisations in a fast-paced, hybrid environment based in Sliema, Malta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine implementation methods and manage client ERP implementations
  • Monitor, track, and report on project progress to stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Prepare project communication plans and manage risk and quality management plans
  • Manage project constraints including scope, time, budget, quality, risk, and resources
  • Lead project teams, handle HR-related issues, and assist in pre-sales activities
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience delivering end-to-end projects, ideally in the ERP sector
  • Professional accreditation in project delivery methodology (Scrum Master, Prince 2, or PMI)
  • Proven experience with Agile Methodologies and DevOps knowledge
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, team facilitation, and organisational abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP platforms is an asset
  • Willingness to travel on short notice
