Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager for a temporary contract position in Agadir-Ida-Outanane, Morocco. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time while managing budgets, procurement, and compliance with company standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage small and large CapEx portfolio projects using OpEx (Six Sigma) methodology and PPM Capex tools
  • Oversee procurement processes, HSE compliance, and equipment sourcing for trial development and facility management
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings to align project specifications, prioritize tasks, assess risks, and establish deadlines
  • Manage budget delivery across operations, planning, people management, and third-party vendors
  • Generate, track, and close Purchase Orders in SAP Ariba with real-time cost control and invoice management
  • Monitor project schedules, track construction/activity licenses, and ensure compliance with regulations and HSE requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools and software
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and quality assurance principles
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Procurement and HSE process follow-up to secure appropriate equipment and facilities
  • Collaboration with procurement teams to create tenders (RFP) and determine best contractors and suppliers
  • Tracking of construction licenses, permits, and mandatory regulations with local authorities
  • HSE and legal requirements management in coordination with the HSE department
  • Asset list updates with disposal and transfer processes as needed
