About the Role
Lead a team of EMEA-based intelligence analysts under the Global Protection and Security (GP&S) Assistant Director for Intelligence. You will identify, analyze, and mitigate risks impacting Accenture through intelligence gathering, analytic assessments, and stakeholder engagement. This role demands leadership experience, strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex concepts across organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EMEA-based analysts to deliver timely, impactful regional analysis; provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching
- Identify and research geopolitical developments and threats from diverse sources with expertise in Europe, Middle East, and Africa
- Author and edit analytic assessments on tactical and strategic geopolitical issues demonstrating strong intelligence tradecraft
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, HR, legal, marketing, communications, and market units
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years as an all-source intelligence analyst in government or private sector
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Occasional work outside regular business hours and weekends
- Availability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in international relations, security, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to process complex information
- Excellent written and verbal communication; formal intelligence analysis tradecraft training
- Experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments with demonstrated teamwork and leadership
- Proficiency in open-source intelligence platforms and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Office 365)
